About Me…
I am a specialty photographer based in Bremerton, Washington and the surrounding area. I have a unique style in my ability to make something out of nothing using what I have around me on a location shoot. I have extensive experience in all genres including sports and “Senior Shoots,” music distribution, wedding/engagement, and family/event photography. My passion is mountain themed shoots, travel photography, and quirky unique photos.
I prefer not to do things traditionally, and always strive for not only the best but the unique and crazy as well. My motto is, “Work passionately and have fun.” I have to see it this way otherwise it is merely work not passion. I love photography, and constantly reach for perfection.
I am fascinated by light and shadows, and have often been called, “The Light King.” Use of varying shades of light and shadows intrigues me, and almost always turns an “ok” photo into one people talk about and remember forever.
I strive to make your wedding, event, or “just because” photos meaningful, unique, and fun. I will travel just about anywhere to do so. I’m a bit of a “travel geek” and will most certainly enjoy capturing your event as much as you enjoy hosting it. I’m a true observer and, on location, you will most likely see me on the ground, high in the air, or doing something dangerous to get just the right photo.
In a world full of fast and cheap, I work to deliver quality, caring, as well as affordable service. Your photos are a reflection of my expertise, and I do not accept mediocrity. I will put all of my energy into each photo shoot I am involved in.
I promise to be as passionate about your memories as you are. Trust me to impact your life with photography.
My experience & references…
Though I am passionate about personal and occasion photography, my 6 years with a leading newspaper in the Chicago suburban area has offered me the chance to mold my eye for news media, while my work with record labels has strengthened my gaze for mainstream culture. I enjoy them all.
Some of my achievements include: featured works in New York’s Time Square, magazines and numerous photography site awards, as well as gallery and retail store displays.
Feel free to contact me for specific personal & professional references & feedback contact info.
